Krystal Williams is the Founder and Executive Director of One Tribe Child & Family Services, LLC. As a Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator (LCPAA), she brings a strong foundation in child welfare, foster care management, regulatory compliance, and trauma-informed care.

With years of experience serving children and families, Krystal has dedicated her career to advocating for children in foster care and supporting foster and adoptive families through compassion, education, and collaboration. Her professional background includes child placing agency leadership, foster home development, case management oversight, licensing compliance, quality assurance, and program development.

Krystal founded One Tribe with a clear mission: to create a child-centered agency where every child feels safe, valued, connected, and empowered to thrive. She believes that healing happens through meaningful relationships and that foster parents are essential partners in helping children overcome trauma and build brighter futures.

Outside of her professional role, Krystal enjoys spending time with her family and remains committed to lifelong learning, leadership development, and strengthening the foster care community throughout Texas.

Anthony Williams serves as the Training & Trauma-Informed Care Director for One Tribe Child & Family Services, LLC. He is dedicated to equipping foster parents and staff with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to provide safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed care to every child entrusted to the agency.

Anthony leads the agency's training initiatives, helping ensure foster families receive practical education that prepares them for the unique challenges and rewards of foster parenting. His focus is on creating a supportive learning environment where caregivers feel empowered, encouraged, and prepared to help children heal from trauma.

As the agency's Training & Trauma-Informed Care Director, Anthony plays an important role in:

• Coordinating foster parent pre-service and ongoing training
• Supporting the implementation of Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) principles throughout the agency
• Providing staff development and continuing education opportunities
• Promoting trauma-informed practices that strengthen children and families
• Assisting with emergency preparedness and agency safety planning
• Building positive relationships with foster families and community partners

Anthony believes that education is one of the greatest tools for strengthening families and creating positive outcomes for children. His compassionate approach and commitment to continuous learning help ensure that every foster parent feels supported throughout their journey.
